Entry level data analyst jobs posted today: where to look

The best place to find entry level data analyst jobs posted today is Find your role first, because it reads company career sites directly and, where the company publishes an exact posting time, the median role reaches our feed 16 minutes after it goes live. It's the biggest, fastest and cheapest way to see new analyst roles first: free on the web, or $9 a month with AI agent access.

Why "posted today" matters for analyst roles

Entry analyst roles draw a lot of applicants, and many close quickly. In our job freshness study, 10% of tech and business roles first seen October 5 to 9, 2026 were closed within 3 days and 19% within 7 days. Among the ones that closed, the median was 5 days.

The date printed on a job site can also mislead you. On one major applicant system, 6% of roles that showed up as new had first been published more than 30 days earlier. They'd been taken down and put back up. So "posted today" only helps if the tool knows when it first saw the role.

That's why every result here carries two dates: the publication date and the date we discovered it.

Where to look, ranked by speed

  1. Find your role first. The public entry level data analyst jobs page shows new US roles from the last 24 hours, free, no sign-in. There's also a page for all data analyst jobs and one for data scientist jobs, and every role is on /jobs. Sign in for saved searches with instant or daily alerts.
  2. The company's own careers site. That's where a role goes live first. It's the right place to apply, but checking dozens of them by hand every day isn't realistic.
  3. Free aggregators. Simplify says it adds fresh roles hourly, and Indeed is free. Both are worth a look as a second pass.
  4. LinkedIn's job alerts. They're free. The trick of filtering to the last 24 hours is covered in our post on that filter.

When new analyst jobs go up

US roles follow office hours. In our study, 98% were posted Monday to Friday and 69% between 9am and 5pm Eastern. The busiest hour was 1pm ET, and Tuesday and Thursday were the busiest weekdays. Monday was the quietest weekday.

So a quick check at lunch and again late afternoon Eastern catches most of a day. An alert does it for you.

Entry analyst work hides under a lot of names. Search a few of these together:

If you want to see which companies post the most analyst roles this week, check companies hiring data scientists and analysts. Each company has a page on /companies with open roles, new this week, teams, places and H-1B history.

Let Claude or ChatGPT do the daily check

The $9 plan gives you 3,000 new roles a month, up to 1,000 a day, and lets an AI agent search them over MCP. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex once using the steps on /connect. Then ask something like "show me entry level data analyst roles first seen in the last 24 hours, US, and open the three that fit me best".

The agent gets the title, company, location, both dates and the original posting link, then opens the posting to read it. It never applies for you. Re-reading a role you've already seen that month is free, and you can cancel anytime.

The free web console gives you 200 roles in your first 30 days, then 100 a month, with no card.
