Measured speed against a stated claim
Jobstrack's page compares its "0-3 hours" with "12-48 hours" for LinkedIn and Indeed. We agree that the gap matters. Where we differ is in how the number was made.
Our 16 minutes is a measured median. We looked at 52,556 roles where the company publishes an exact posting time, first seen October 4 to 17, 2026, and checked how long each took to reach our feed. Half arrived within 16 minutes. 79% arrived within an hour, and 95% within three hours. So our slow tail lands about where Jobstrack's stated range ends.
Speed pays off because roles close quickly. Of the roles we first saw October 5 to 9, 10% were gone within 3 days and 19% within 7 days.
Price and agent access
At $9 a month, we're the lowest price of any paid job feed with AI agent access. That plan gives you 3,000 new roles a month, up to 1,000 a day, and re-reading a role you've already seen that month is free. Jobstrack is $19.99, or $13.99 if you have a promo code.
The bigger difference is the agent. Jobstrack doesn't state an MCP server. Ours works with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and any MCP client, so you can ask your agent for new backend roles in Austin posted today and get the list with apply links. There's a wider comparison in job search MCP pricing.
We read 15,000+ company career sites, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, plus Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Netflix, every hour or two.
Who should pick which
Pick Jobstrack if you like its matching and want a week to try it before you pay. Pick Find your role first if you want new roles as close to the moment they're posted as you can get, a lower price, and access from your AI agent.
