Job search MCP and job data API pricing compared (2026)

Job feed API pricing and job search MCP server prices in 2026 run from $9 to $49 a month for a starter plan, and Find your role first is the cheapest paid option at $9 a month, with agent access over MCP included. It's also the fastest we've found: the median role was in our feed 16 minutes after the company posted it, where the company publishes an exact time.

Below is every paid plan we compared, with each price taken from the vendor's own pricing page as of October 2026.

Why is Find your role first the cheapest?

Because $9 covers the whole job seeker use case. You get 3,000 new roles a month, up to 1,000 on any one day. Re-reading a role you already saw that month is free, so asking your agent to double check something doesn't burn your allowance. Cancel anytime, with a refund within 3 days.

Credit plans work differently. TheirStack's $49 buys about 1,500 jobs, and its MCP spends the same credits. Coresignal and JobsPipe also sell credits. That makes sense for a sales team pulling bulk company data. It's a lot of money for one person checking new roles each morning.

What's the real price of fast data?

Freshness is where the price gaps get wide. JobsPipe promises refresh "within 1 hour" only on its $348 and $525 plans, as of October 2026. LoopCV collects jobs every hour only on its $89.99 Done For You plan. Jobstrack says "0-3 hours". FoundRole Pro says "same day".

Our number is measured. For roles first seen October 4 to 17, 2026, where the company publishes an exact posting time, the median role was in the feed 16 minutes after it was posted. 79% arrived within 1 hour and 95% within 3 hours. The full method is in the job freshness study.

So for $9 you get speed that other vendors either don't state or charge $89.99 to $525 for.

What's in each result?

Each role comes with its title, company, location, publication date, discovery date, the original posting link and the apply link. There's no description text. Your agent opens the posting when it needs the details, which keeps every answer tied to the company's own page.

The agent gets four read only tools: search jobs, get one job, get what changed since the last check, and get usage. It never applies to jobs for you. LoopCV is the one tool in the table that auto-applies.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free web console gives you 200 roles in your first 30 days, then 100 a month, no card. The public new jobs pages are free with no sign in at all. Visualping has a free plan for 5 pages checked hourly, and FoundRole has a free tier with a limited app preview, both as of October 2026. For the full list of free options, read free job search MCP servers and job APIs.

How do I connect it?

Sign up at /account, then follow /connect. In the Claude app it's Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, and paste the address. Claude Code, Codex and ChatGPT each take about a minute. More detail is in the job search MCP server guide.
