We looked at 52,556 roles where the company publishes an exact posting time, first seen October 4 to 17, 2026. The median role was in our feed 16 minutes after posting. 79% arrived within an hour, and 95% within three hours.

US companies post mostly in office hours. 69% of US postings we saw went up between 9am and 5pm Eastern, with the peak at 1pm. So a role posted at lunch can be in your feed before 1:30, and you can apply that afternoon.

Being early has a payoff. Of roles first seen October 5 to 9, 10% had closed within 3 days and 19% within 7 days.
