How do I get job alerts for one specific company?
To get job alerts for one specific company, watch that company's own careers site, not a job board. On Find your role first you can follow a company for free and get an email within about 15 minutes of it posting a new role in your field. LinkedIn's "Follow" and company alerts work too, but they only see roles after they reach LinkedIn.
Why job board alerts miss things
LinkedIn and Indeed alerts match a search: keywords, a place, maybe a company name typed as a keyword. That has two gaps.
- Timing. A role goes live on the company's careers site first. Job boards pick it up later, sometimes hours, sometimes days.
- Coverage. Plenty of roles never reach a given board at all, and keyword matching on a company name catches recruiters and reposts from other firms too.
Three ways to do it
- The company's own alerts. Some careers sites (Workday ones especially) let you create a profile and get emails. Free, but you need a separate account on every site, and plenty of Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards have no alert option.
- A page-change monitor. Tools like Visualping watch a careers page and email you when it changes. Fine for five companies. Noisy past twenty.
- Follow it here. Find a role at the company, click Follow, and you'll get an email when it posts a new role. Up to 25 companies, free.
How following works
The follow attaches to the exact careers site the role came from, so you hear about that site and nothing else. We read every board at least every hour or two, so a new role reaches your inbox within about 15 minutes of us finding it.
Each company page shows what you'd be following. Stripe's page, for example, showed 730 open roles and 46 new in the last 7 days on October 18, 2026, with 241 closed in the last 30.
For big companies
Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Netflix don't use Greenhouse or Lever, so most alert tools can't see their sites. We read all six directly. Pair a follow with a saved search for your title and place if a company posts hundreds of roles a week.

Questions
Can I follow more than 25 companies?
Not as follows. For a bigger list, save a search instead: a role and a place, every company at once, as instant or daily alerts.
Does the email include the apply link?
The email tells you the role and company. Open it in your account to see the original posting and apply on the company's site.
How do I stop them?
Every alert email has a stop link at the bottom. You can also unfollow from your account.
