Find Your Role identified 81,200 new roles posted by 6,635 companies in the 7 days to October 05, 2026. This total includes roles from 3,273 companies newly added to our coverage. For companies we tracked consistently, new role postings were down 7% from the previous week. This change compares 19,340 roles this week to 20,785 roles from the same companies last week.

Google led new postings with 3,253 roles. Amazon followed with 1,528 roles. Accenture posted 932 new roles. Other companies with significant postings included CVS Health with 735, Meta with 734, and Wells Fargo with 606 roles.

Engineering teams posted the most new roles, with 11,852 positions. Data and AI followed with 8,816 roles. Sales teams posted 5,720 new roles. Finance, legal and people teams added 4,073 roles, and Operations teams posted 3,851 roles.
