CVS Health posts 246 roles as hiring rises 11%

Hiring rose 11% in the 24 hours to 23:20 UTC on November 03, 2026. Companies posted 21,371 new roles across 3,778 companies. This compares 21,238 roles from the same companies yesterday, which posted 19,150 new roles.

CVS Health led the increase with 246 new roles, a jump from 3 the previous day. Amazon posted 511 roles, up from 369. Hewlett Packard Enterprise also increased its postings to 152 roles from 61. Other top companies included RTX with 204 new roles and EY with 185.

Engineering remained the top team with 2,923 new roles, including 88 at Amazon and 60 at Northrop Grumman. Data and AI followed with 2,342 roles, seeing 129 new positions at Amazon and 84 at Accenture. Sales teams posted 1,500 new roles.

Examples of new positions include a Sr. Specialist SA Leader, Agentic WorkSpaces at Amazon, a Sr Data Scientist at CVS Health, and an Electrical Engineer 1 at RTX. Google posted a Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML Recommendations role.
