Bank of America posts 357 roles as hiring dips 7%

Hiring activity for roles in software, engineering, product, data, design, marketing, sales, and business decreased by 7% in the 24 hours to 23:20 UTC on October 23, 2026. This period saw 19,162 new roles posted by the same companies tracked both yesterday and today, compared to 20,550 new roles the previous day. Overall, 19,164 new roles were posted across 3,574 companies.

Bank of America posted 357 new roles, a notable increase from 93 the previous day. CVS Health also saw a significant jump, listing 314 new roles after having none the day before.
