In the 24 hours to 23:20 UTC on October 21, 2026, 20,115 new roles were posted. This marks a 5% decrease compared to the previous day, considering only companies that were tracked across both periods. A total of 3,785 companies posted new roles.

Amazon led with 364 new roles, followed by EY with 250, and JLL with 167. EY showed a significant increase in hiring, posting 250 roles compared to 115 the previous day. Other companies with notable jumps included Uline and Amentum.
